So, what will it be?
Personally, I choose option 3.
EDIT: This thread was posted PRIOR to E3. It is CONFIRMED that there's a Halo Master Chief collection with a remastered Halo 2, which uses a remastered MP. The game DOES look to run on Halo 4's graphical engine though, but it's NOTHING like Halo: CE's Halo: Reach MP was.
-
Yfw you're dead wrong
-
What does MP stand for?
-
Really does 343 know what they done
-
Only 6 maps are.
-
But it isn't...
-
Do you have a source for this?
-
I'd have to off myself. No reason to live in a world where Halo 2's multiplayer is ruined.
-
None of those. I'd just laugh at how hard 343 shat the bed if they actually did plan on bringing Halo 2 back and this is how they did it.
-
Wait, they didn't actually announce this, did they?!
-
Do people really think that 343 will completely reconstruct Halo 2's multiplayer? That would take too much time and would split the audience, it's the same reason they didn't do it for CEA. And Halo 2's multiplayer sucked anyway, it was buggy as hell and people only want it back in H2A for nostalgia's sake.

ITP:All of FatMarshall's alts voted for #3

I think each game should have its own multiplayer, not a carbon copy of a previous title while not being drastically different as to make it a whole new game.
-
Option 3. They know what the community wants give it to us. Stop listening to the vocal minority clearly (15,000 players after a month) and catering to cod players. Give us the Halo we deserve with 1-50 adjusted and not make me go on your stupid website.
-
Where's the "Kill yourself" option?
-
HYPEE
-
I don't really care , but Halo2 has my favorite multiplayer style.
-
I think it's unsurprising. Halo 2's competitive multiplayer is hardly up to today's standards
