Post some underrated/under-appreciated anime in this thread, with possibly descriptions in the hope that people will watch them. [url=http://myanimelist.net/anime/5909/Seitokai_no_Ichizon]Seitokai no Ichizon (Comedy/Harem)[/url] - A guy joins the Student Council in the hope to become the Harem King. Most Harems tend to be really shitty, but this one is really hilarious. It uses a lot of referential humour, but does it well unlike most series. [url=http://myanimelist.net/anime/239/Gankutsuou]Gankutsuou (Drama) [/url]- Loosely based off of the novel [i]The Count of Monte Cristo[/i]. I wouldn't really consider it underrated simply because most people who have watched it agree that it was good, but it is definitely under-appreciated. The writing in it is superb, and I believe it to be one of the best written anime in the medium, and it is one of my favourite anime of all time. [url=http://myanimelist.net/anime/14227/Tonari_no_Kaibutsu-kun]Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun (RomCom)[/url] - RomCom with female MC. This one definitely surprised me; it can be really damn funny, the characters in it are great, and the romance isn't (too) bad. The MC can be annoying and perhaps a bit unrealistic, but if you see him as more of an ideology than a character he becomes a whole lot more bearable. That piece of advice might not make sense right now, but by the end of the show it should make a lot of sense. Anyway, I really do recommend it. It's absolutely amazing.[/quote]
