Borderlands Tech is way too unknown to make an accurate prediction. We know from Hyperion that they can make massive space stations, space travel is simple, and people can't die, because of New-U Stations. Also, there are tons of unknown creatures in the vaults, people with literal superpowers, dope ass guns, fire-breathing skags, digistruction, and Butt Stallion. In all honestly, Star Wars and Borderlands would be damn near invincible. The borderlands universe could play a supporting role and just build billions of Death Stars, and no one on that side would die because they'd respawn at New-U Stations.
