I like how everyone just gives Cap speed, action time, hand-to-hand combat skills, and just gives chief strength. Chief is also described as extraordinarily fast. Help the Spartans look like blurs in their hand to hand combat. That was stated in the books. There also phenomenal hand-to-hand combatants. The best the UNSC has. AND their reaction times were so fast they often perceived the rest the world is moving a lot slower than it actually was. Their brains could fire off that fast. Why are people thinking chief is slow, not as skilled in hand to hand, and had a slow reaction time? Like... Why?
