Yes, both of these games, different in everyway but which franchise do you like more?
Battlefield with open environment war style fighting with a full arsenal of jets, tanks, copters, or call of duties close quarters and fast paced with kill streak awards?
Personal opinions also
-
Battlefield is great for its team oriented large scale maps. COD is good for its close range twitch shooting. Battlefield wins my vote but both are going down hill, COD has since mw2. Something must be done
-
I'm into both now, playing 'em side by side. Variety is the spice of life, you see.
-
Both are generic shit. End of story.
-
different in everyway
How? The only things that separates them are vehicles, destruction, kill streaks and perks.
-
Battlefield's cool. However, spawning in a corner of the map and spending two minutes to run to battle can be quite boring. The biggest advantage Call of Duty has over Battlefield is the fast-paced gameplay. It usually takes about 10 seconds or less to find people.
-
I am on CoD's side on this series.
-
Neither
-
Screw CoD it sucks I love battlefield
-
Halo? Halo anyone?
-
Before BF4, I would've have said BF series. Now I say neither, because both of them suck now, along with 90% of shooters on the market. Battlefield has lost its roots, and not what it once was back during the BF2/BF2142 era.

Honestly, they are two completely different games. I don't like COD at all, I only play it when my friends pester me to play. I prefer to play Battlefield more, I just simply enjoy it more so the COD series. I love the teamwork and how you can be a strategist in that game. Most of the time when I play this game, I'm playing one round that around an hour or more.
If anybody wants to play Battlefield 4 or even BLOPS 2. PM me. xbox360
Call of Duty because of the Modern Warfare and Black Ops series.
-
Battlefield beats cod... Battlefield is so more realistic...

Edited by MR E0S: 1/30/2014 12:28:01 AMTwisted Metal vs Call of Duty. Get it right. BF is just as dumb as CoD. The Modern Warfare setting is old. And that's what they have both been churning out since....well. Since they began. (YES WWII is still considered modern warfare) IF BF on the other hand decided to step outside the box and make a shooter with rubberbands and slingshots, maybe a tennis ball and racket..... IT might not be such a boring mess of a game. No really though. I choose Shadowrun. The only game in the last 20 odd years to actually make an FPS that wasn't just a straight copy-paste of every other shooter ever made. And you know where it screwed itself? In the one area where it did to a copy-paste. It copy-pasted Counter Strikes gamemode. Everything else though....

Counterstrike.

Anything is better than cod
-
I always vote CoD because these threads are dumb as hell.
-
I've always been COD. I've played BF2 and 3 a handful of times, but after getting BF4 for the Xbox One, I'm almost converted. It's so much better looking, fun, and challenging then any COD I've ever played. I can pick up cod at any point, going long periods of time without playing and dominate without ever really fully paying attention. BF4 has actually been challenging and much more rewarding when you win games IMO. That's all I have to say about that.
-
Given a choice between the 2 I choose Titanfall
-
People just like COD cuz they're used to playing a well known game. Those who try new stuff get hooked of BF cuz its way better.
-
So a glitchy mess or a milked cow decisions decisions
-
Gameplay wise? Battlefield. Story wise? Call of Duty.
-
None. I'm burnt out from military FPS games. Never again.
-
Pre-MW2 : CoD Post-MW2: BF
-
Comparing the best in the franchise. Modern Warfare was a better game than Bad Company 2
-
I heard that jets recently got a balancing in Battlefield 4. I'll have to check that out.
