This California Drought is coming together piece by piece
California is currently in a drought because of the lack of rain and mountain snow. Winter season skipped right over California and went straight for the rest of the US.
During the 1970s, California went through a major drought, worse than the one we're currently in right now. The governor during that time was Jerry Brown. Now as of January 2014, Jerry Brown is governor. He wants to cut water usage by 20%.
It appears Mother Nature does not like Jerry Brown and has punished California not once, but twice. I don't even remember the last time we got rain here or even snow. All I'm saying is, we didn't have droughts when Arnold was governor.
Its supposed to be Winter god dammit not Summer.
