What's the fastest you ever ran the mile
Mine was 5 min flat back in high school
It takes me like 8ish min now
P.S if you're not from the u.s what's the fastest 1k or whatever you guys use

6 RepliesWow, I'm seeing a lot of "maybe just over 6" or a few "yeah about 5" and the hilarious "oh 4:50 or just over 4" - some of you guys are pretty funny! I don't know anyone who can run a mile in 4:50 or 4:55. Personally that is. To do that your either an Iron Man runner, you run a whole lot, or a damn big ugly dog is chancing u! Personally, my best time was about 6:10. Now, it's gone up to 8:05, minuets that is.

6:28 my freshman year of highschool. I mostly did sprints though, cause I play hockey. 4.65 40 time.

I think it was 4:50. I was in summer school and we had to run 3 miles a day for 2 months.

I can't remember what my time was. It was a long time ago. I have flat feet and get shin splints really easily unfortunately.
