I'm not sure but I've been practicing drawing a lot but I don't get better.. I am not even decent..
This statement isn't true.. Unless it takes more than 50 years to get decent and then another 50 to become perfect... but then most of your life will be over and there's no real point in it anymore... |:[

PERFECT practice makes perfect. ;) It is something you can get better by studying as well. Learning different techniques, finding different influences, and yes, lots and lots of practice. Keep at it and learn from your mistakes.

You probably just suck. Most of us do. Go find something else that you don't suck at.

Part of getting better is microanalyzing what you're doing poorly. What makes a drawing good or bad revolves around a bunch of individual characteristics. With Artistic skills, the devil is in the details. It'd also serve you to have someone else critique you.
