Seven great spheres. Together their combined power could bring an age of peace and understanding to the universe, but also in the wrong hands could bring about it's destruction. So their creator who could not bring themselves to destroy it, had to scatter them until the threat had passed. Those who would seek to use them for evil have tracked this one and discovered it's destination, and planned to intercept it. To their surprise humanity was already at the destination, so they attempted to destroy us before we could claim the sphere. But just as they were about to end us, the sphere arrived and with it's power stopped the invaders, at a cost. The Sphere damaged and knowing it could no longer achieve it's purpose, looked to the remaining humans to carry on it's duty, so over time it would lend it's power and protection, till humanity could stand to hold the title as the seventh key. -blam!- Yeah!
