[Answered] Is it better to sleep for two hours, or just wait until that time?
I have to wake up in two hours, I have slept seven hours and I feel pretty well rested. As in I feel better than I usually do when I wake up :3 alert awake etc.

1 ReplyIf you're already feeling awake, then there's no need! Also 2 hours is a long nap, and any longer than that and you start feeling awful!
