Master chief Vs Arbiter
Who is better and who would win a fight? Arbiter all the way for me. As for if he would win I don't think so. Your opinion?

John Forge killed Ripa so I'm preeeeeetty sure that MC could too.

Just making sure you realize that Ripa Moramee is the Halo Wars Arbiter; usually people specify that in the title. Anyway, the Chief has the superior training to outmatch Ripa imo.
