Is there any way to COMPLETELY customize a computer?
Is there any way to completely customize my laptop? Like, say I want "ctrl + q" to be copy, and "ctrl + w" to be paste. Is there no way to do that?

put the q key where the c key is and put the w key where the v key is

You could buy scrap materials and build it yourself, and program the operating system.
