Level:
1- You aren't really a nerd, you just like CoD and Halo because shooting shit is -blam!-ing cool, and well, being on the forum was just an accident, but now you troll all the nerds lol.
2- You're just nerdy enough to enjoy SyFy sometimes, and you have more than one gaming console. You don't care too much though, it is what it is.
3- You have that one anime you actually like, but the others are just too painful to watch. Gaming is a hobby, and you have a couple forums you like to surf.
4- You like fiction. You like it a lot, and want to find as many ways as possible to enjoy a specific type of fiction. (This is where the OP sits)
5- Your love of games dictates your friends now. You game with your friends almost every night, you know the ins and outs of the games you play, and you probably even found other mediums of entertainment that go hand in hand with your favorite game's fiction
6- You live for the games you play, the movies, tv shows and animes you watch, and all of your friends feel the same way about these things. You read the original manga to almost all of the anime you really enjoy. Talking to girls is sometimes difficult, and you find yourself in the friendzone often.
7- You're a brony, enough said
8- You like WoW, or WoW equivalents. You've probably never really met your friends because they are just the other players that make up your guild. What friends in real life you do have, you spend gaming with, but never in a LAN setting, always online. There isn't a single piece of modern japanese fiction you don't know.
9- 30 y/o kissless virgin, living with your parents. (Either you are here, or quickly headed in this direction.)
10- You have a waifu

I'm a mega nerd, but I hide it very well in real life. Jointing a frat, losing 30 pounds, and then gaming 35 in muscle does wonder with the ladies. Just gotta pretend you aren't interested in them and that you live and die by sports.
-
Poll is too b(i)ased around your personal definitions of nerdiness...
-
Self proclaimed nerds everywhere.
-
-
Level 3
-
Probably 5 or 6 except I don't like anime or manga, and I actually talk to females.
-
4 But I also play magic the gathering, and am a !Virgin! So level 6?
-
ANIME FAN FOR LIFE
-
Dat poll spike.

I'm a closet 6-7 with the outward appearance of a 3 or 4. I own an Energy Sword and hang it proudly above my collection of every Halo game. I recently had to get a new bookcase because I didn't have enough room for Darktide and the Kilo-Five series. My car has an R4 Astromech droid glued to the dash and my keychain is a Stormtrooper. I wear little discreet badges for people to recognize but I don't flair it because I like to be socially accepted.
-
I'm so nerdy I dress like I'm thirty!
-
Level 3 minus the anime, more like 2.5. But I also only have one console.
-
Probably 4. I'm a bit of a closet nerd, I'm not very opaque about it but step into my room and you'll see loads of games, sci-fi boxsets, graphic novels and so on.
-
3 or 4, just subtract every aspect of Anime

Edited by WrathOfTheRoyal: 7/11/2014 5:37:27 AMFrom my appearance you would have no idea how nerdy i really was. But according to this chart 5 Thats a problem I have. When i meet girls they judge me from my appearance and say oh alright this guys cool, but im like oh god on the inside - how do i converse about shit idk bcuz all i do is play games xD. Thankfully i found a lady whos nerdy on the inside too. You'd be surprised how many hot nerdy chicks there are

What's the difference between a nerd and a geek?
-
2-3 range

6 >.>

4 and 10. I think these should go in tiers.
-
Holy shit, I'm part of the majority? I feel incredibly dirty for some reason.
