Hey guys a lot of people have been posting fan art recently and it's all been really impressive. It got me in the mood to have a go at drawing some Destiny stuff too. [i]UPDATE: Anyhow, I'll update this thread with more arts in the future if anyone wants to see.[/i]

On this new one I tried to think more about big dark areas and big lighter areas. Whereas with the others it's kind of just a scratchy mess. This one is less abstract. I feel like the last few pieces are a bit crappy by comparison. I think I got the hang of this "technique" now. I'm not very pleased with how the character transitions to the background though. This "graphic" style is something I'm new to, so this has been a nice way to learn and improve as I go. Hopefully the evolution of it is interesting to see... or something? :/

Purely through an artist-improvement standpoint, I recommend that you post a piece of work that is drawn without one, just so people can get a good idea of your barebones art style. Some of your work on the facebook link, for example. Skills as a colorist are appreciated in the art community, however, so if you're focusing more on that rather than line art then obviously carry on. [spoiler]also if you have a tumblr or any other portfolio showcase it wouldn't hurt to show it off[/spoiler]
