Sony used sly words and twisted info.

Sony just used sly word placement. They addressed issues that uninformed people think they know. $399 for PS4, plus $100 for the eye, plus $5 dollars a month for PSN Plus, aka Xbox Live Gold. Don't need online... but need it to play the game right and correctly. Showing three exclusives and ten other games that are also coming out on the X1, but just said, coming out for PS4. (Meaning it will come out for PS4 and not only PS4). 100 something games coming out for PS4 does not mean exclusive because 96 of those will also come out for X1. Going into the entertainment business too? wheres the crap on that... oh wait X1 already did that, so why complain about it now. Sports? Movies too? No complain here, right. The PS4 would cost $500 dollars with the full bundle, but to cut the cost, they pulled the Eye... Three exclusives (other than indie).... *slow and exaggerated unnecessary clap while laughing hysterically* Won the console war... more like cheated to the finish line. None backwards compatible too. (Edited: I'm using these to counter Sony fan's arguments) http://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/1g8t5e/lets_clear_up_the_issues_used_games_kinect/ ~Con Veneer The hate on Xbox is a bit ridiculous. The reason it needs to connect to the internet, is so it can maintain a connection to the cloud, to download updates quicker, and to allow greater power behind the console it's self, and to help improve the games. People really are overly picky. Most people have internet now adays, so why is this such a big issue? And you can still lend games to friends, but in a different way. When you install the game into your hard drive, it's added to your digital game library.. Which you can share with up to 10 people. Meaning you can have various people playing your game through the internet, while you're playing it. And you won't have to physically give them the game to play. ~Arrik Vaal http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=syQDMEFq3H4#! Sessler Finally did it. He told all of you Sony blind followers.

  • 1. Even if Playstation Plus is the exact same cost as XBL. Because Live is ALSO required for online gaming, we can essentially nullify the cost of it for both systems, meaning the PS4 is still 100$ cheaper. 2. The Eye isn't required to run the fragging system, so I don't care. 3. Plus offers a new indie game every month, games like Don't Starve are at least a 10$ value. at 10$ every month it pays for its self awefully fast, while XBL Gold gives me games like Assassins Creed 2 and Halo 3...that I've owned for 4 years are are worth 5$ together if you're lucky. 4. Yes most games are multi-platform, but you can tell based on who showed up to what conference where dev loyalties really are. For instance, why Bungie decided to announce and run Destiny exclusively on PS4, it is the better machine, for 100$ less. It's RAM is so much faster. 5. No, Sony won the console war because they treated their consumers right. Unlike Microsoft who BLATENTLY lied. (They REALLY expect a Cloud server to be fast enough to render in real time? And wow, DRM is required for all games, because Kojima will be cranking out hotfixes for MGSV every 2 hours apparently.) And on top of that Microsoft assumed in this crap economy that people would buy a 500$ console, already a luxury, and get an accessory for that luxury with it in the form of Kinect. Microsoft CREATED a problem for the Kinect to fix. They thought that having to change the TV input was such a huge deal that they centered the console around plugging it into your cable box except nobody cared. They then banked on hardcore fans willing to see past the DRM and no used games, then told those fans to pay 500$ for it, and if they didn't like it oh well. 6. PS4 is still cheaper because if I don't like a game I can at least return it with a disc and get 20-30$ for it. So I only paid 30$ for the game rather than blowing 60$ on Xbone and having to keep the darn thing. Sony didn't twist anything, they treated consumers like human beings with limited money.
