I have a 2 year old German Shepherd who is massively obedient to me and is always calm and responds to my commands and his name pretty well... There are just a few quirks that I would like to get rid of.
1. When ever I walk up to him, many times he will roll over and expect his belly to be rubbed. Most of the time, I do not do it and just casually walk away. But that does not teach him to not do it.
2. When ever leave the door open to the house when I am going to come right back outside, I find him walking inside and stopping in the office room. Which is the room that you're in right when you walk inside. He does stop right in the threshold of the door opposite of the main door. However, there are times when he will just walk into the kitchen or wonder around the dining area...
There is another time that when I let him in through another door to get him into the back yard, he takes off and explores my house and does not respond to my commands.
Any tips and suggestions on how to help this?

Not really. I mean, that seems like pretty normal dog behavior. If you don't want him in your house then just tell him harshly 'No' every time he does it. If that doesn't work there are sort of loud aerosol thingies that are quite loud and good for training dogs as they react to the sound. (Picture is not relevant. I just wanted to show off my dog, so cute!)

I think those are normal traits in a dog. The first one is he just wants to play/have attention and the second he is patrolling his territory (By that I mean the pack's territory and I'm guessing you would be the Alpha) Are you keeping him as a pet or a guard dog?
