Secret Butt Fun Room

You awake in a white room with no doors or windows, wearing nothing but underwear. Spaced regularly on the walls are small rectangular holes.
An alarm goes off and after hearing what sounded like a manly chuckle, you see Butts being pressed against the small holes.
And they all begin to fart.
When you realize that it doesn't seem that they will cease anytime soon, you ponder your options.
