I was curious why the minimum character limit for tags was set at 3? I'm sure you have a good reason. It's just slightly annoying because you can't use tags such as #PC, #E3, and #PS (Playstation)...

Because the Halo:Reach file tagging system had a minimum of 3 character tag. No, seriously - the forum's base code is more like the file share of Halo: Reach than it is a forum. It had to be to get both the flexibility and performance we desired.

They probably just want to make sure tags are substantial. If a tag is under three, chances are much higher than the tag just isn't substantial. I mean, if you want to talk about playstations/ computers, just type #playstation #playstations #ps3 #ps4 #computers #laptops #personalcomputers... eh. I'd assume they just want more description. Your examples seem pretty specific so I don't really see it as a big deal, personally. Not that I'd care either way mind you.
