2 RepliesPeople also need to realize that this game is in trouble and may not even come out. Even though the developer's have stated that the game is basically done, since the Disney acquisition the development and release of First Assault and Star Wars 1313 have been frozen until the higher-ups decide what they want to do. It would be pretty STUPID in my opinion to not release these games but it's not out of the question. I hope that they both get released though, as I would love to play them and see Battlefront 3.

I'm glad this confirms Battlefront 3. It's been a while since we had a decent Star Wars game. I just hope BF3 has some new factions in it. Like the KoTOR era Republic fighting the Sith an the pre KoTOR Republic fighting the Mandalorians. The same factions gets old after a while. Hell it wouldn't be so bad if they at least upgraded the maps. For example instead of Hoth being the same map it would be a far larger version with more areas. I just hope they also make a KoTOR 3 and Republic Commando 2.
