Just had a change of heart for PC.

So I just got Oblivion: Game of the Year Deluxe for PC. Compared to the Xbox, the frame rate is A LOT better, and it runs a hell of a lot smoother overall. I'm gonna get a CoD game soon to see if it runs any better. Suggestions on Steam games that would blow a Console port out of the water?

The biggest problem with CoD games is that they are generally not optimized for the PC, there honestly isn't too much of a difference. The game is very versatile and quite a fun single player experience.

Baring some sort of stupid frame rate cap and as long as your PC isn't ancient, you are pretty much guaranteed to get a higher frame rate on a PC no matter what game you get. CoD might boast 60 fps on consoles, but many competitive gamers on a PC would gasp at the idea of playing at less than 200 fps. Mods can also be nice, but needless to say, it's all a mixed bag. Most games will also tend to have slightly better textures and a few bells and whistles, though I tend to stop noticing them after playing a few minutes.
