Why we need player made sub factions/groups (ingame)
So as ive found out basicly that the 5 major ingame bungie made factions will be probley what you have to pick from when you start the game, so what i was thinking is that surely that different people would be at the serious strongly at the far end and others at the low end less wanting to follow the rules. so surely the players should be aloud to make there own sub factions to show there views within the bungie made faction

I believe that factions are the pre made ones and players can create their own guilds/teams.

Faction existence is "barely" officially confirmed. No information about if there are factions or where or when you choose them has been released. So basically, speculate all you want for fun. No one knows anything yet for sure.

we don't know if we can play those factions tho. the story is you working to bring humanity back to what it once was(also it my have a marathon tie in) but clans sure why not, but factions mae i will have to wait to hear about it from bungie during E3. or what ever gaming even is coming up.

I doubt Bungie will incorporate sub-groups or smaller factions in the game since it would conflict with the world they've already made. Not a big deal though, Destiny isn't a MMO. The co-op caps at around six players last I heard. Joining up with friends around your level or others should be no problem with all the social crap Bungie is pushing on us.

ummm no op, you are wrong. the factions are different enemies you fight with your gun pew pew and sometimes they will like you, so they don't shoot you, but you have to shoot others pew pew bang. okay?

I guess it depends on how far Bungie wants Destiny to feel like a classic MMO. Guilds have been a really big thing, solidified with ranks and their own insignias. If guilds were limited to live parties most would prolly be really small.
