Would you rather live in a world where you have guaranteed freedom, but with a major risk to your safety, or a world with guaranteed safety, but with little to no freedom?

Freedom would be best. But if the government gives people freedom with little security, something bad will happen and people will be like "Y U NO PROTECT US!" And then the government increases security, and everyone's like "GIVE US OUR FREEDOM BACK!"

Absolute freedom means freedom from death, or at least the freedom to choose not to die. So you'd really have both, if the concept of freedom were real.

Freedom.

Safety, easily. Freedom is worth nothing if you are not safe.

Freedom every time.
