million million

Recently on the new update the iron banner has received some changes. Well before the update I had gotten the "million million" shader from the previous iron banner event. I have however had a question why has the "million million" shader been raised to iron banner standing rank 2 instead of rank 1 is this a new shader entirely or has the effects of the old shader been debuffed reducing the shader effects of combining it with emblem to get the increased standing effect
