Xur Agent Nine Seller (Level 20+ Merchant)

Remember this merchant only appears on the weekends and is located next to the Arcite 99-40 Crucible QuarterMaster. Save up the strange coins for his exotic gear with "LIGHT" attributes (level 20+) gear.
