I played through the weekly events multiple times and stopped receiving rewards.
Unlike other activities, Nightfall, Heroic Strike, and Raid use a weekly lockout for earning activity-specific rewards. Players have until Tuesday 2 AM PDT/PST to complete any Nightfall, Heroic Strike, or Raid activities otherwise their progress will be reset.

Error Code: ZEBRA
If you’re getting the ZEBRA error, you are hitting an issue that we deem an extremely important, high-priority issue. If you hit this error we are logging the reports on the back-end and are investigating.

I keep receiving an online permissions or profile sign in error that doesn't have a code name attached to it.

Error Code: BEE / FLY / LION
BEE/FLY/LION errors can be caused by general disconnections between you and the various routes your traffic takes across the internet to get to Bungie. This includes packet loss or disconnections between your home network and Bungie (such as ISP saturation or general Internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, faulty in-home wiring, or other issues that require on-site support or expert investigation.

I accidentally dismantled an item I wanted to keep, how do I get it back?
Bungie cannot provide the following services: 

  • Recovery of dismantled items
  • Reset character features
  • Transfer of items between platform accounts
  • Reset or refund weapon and armor upgrades
  • Refund currencies on accidental purchases
  • Revert Exotic Bounty choices
  • Restore deleted characters

The choices you make in Destiny are often permanent. Please be careful when you perform any of the above actions.
