I (with the help of my friend 'Ninja Bob') built an arena of multiple puzzles in The Pit. You have to work your way through one room, to find the way into the next. (Transit via Teleports.) Tell me what you guys think, I wish I was able to go through this with the ignorance that you have. I am not sure how fun, or challenging this will be to you. I spent a week on building this, it was pretty much done days ago, but I've spent the last couple of days going through it and trying to work out any minor flaws I found. I also had a few selected testers go through it as I watched them to make sure it was sturdy. It is number 4 and 6 on my [url=http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/FileShare.aspx?gamertag=KAEBERS] File Share.[/url] (4 being the Map variant, and 6 being the Game variant.) Here are the rules. ---- [b]RULES:[/B] 1.) Do [b]NOT[/b] melee any Barriers or Crates. Getting outside of the room with hitting the walls away is not a puzzle. You can make it through the entire puzzle without meleeing a single Barrier or Crate, I assure you. 2.) If for any reason you get outside of the puzzle arena, kill yourself. You will be respawned back inside. 3.) Have fun. :} **4) Download BOTH the Map and Game Variants. Without both, the puzzle will not make sense / will be very easy.** ---- There are a total of 6 puzzles, which all will be ended by taking a teleport to the next. (Excluding the first two, which you will go through two puzzles before reaching a teleport.) [b][WARNING:[/B] There are trap teleporters. These teleports take you to the "Death Pit". The Death Pit is a room with a Gravity Lift, and Three Fusion Coils. You will know it when/if you see it. This room is not a puzzle, do not mistake this room for one. speaking of penalties..I hate getting penalized for something beyond my control - lagging out (which, almost never happens to me) and I have a good connection too. In one game, I experienced atleast five solid minutes of black screen before it went back to the matchmaking pre-game lobby...and I get penalized for that? not like I CHOSE to quit the game..the GAME quit the game for me..they need to fix that issue pronto! They did patch other aspects of the game like magnum strength, grenade damage, how ranks were calculated, various weapon issues and geometry issues in some of the maps all without charging anyone anything. What makes you think they will not update aspects of H3 they deem jacked? BTW, getting MVP in a game you loose SHOULD penalize your rank. You can't reward someone for loosing but I don't want to debate what you think is broken compared to what I think.

good update, can't wait for seeing what the "lego's" are... love map making, and like forge but more options would be better. it was kind of funny reading about the "jail" thing because I made a level just like that until you got to the part about a crate over the teleporter so I was thinking "wow they actually played my levels..."

Bungie is going to do the same thing in Halo 3...Instead of fixing the problems in Halo 3, bungie is going to give us "updates" where they sell us new crap in the store and not actually "update" the game. UPDATE for TSL: The BxR bug in Halo 2 has not been fixed and is still going strong in the halo 2 community. As far as super jumping, it also is still present in Halo 2. So dont come on here saying that Bungie fixed those problems. They haven't. They wont. They never will. -now that's an update

wow he did not like me trashing his game, even though 800 games played and 200 wins and some might not even be wins, is horrible, but back to the matter at hand. TSL you might be working with some better people (which I'm sure your not) but no one can teach you to aim better with a battle rifle. Sure there might be some locations they can show you so you can jump and hide into them, but for pure skill you need to learn that -blam!- yourself. Anyway, back to the "update", when your done being brain washed by Bungie, message me and we can throw down sometime...
