Curious to know if any flood are into anime such as myself, I just read Naruto and One Piece. Might as well ask since the new chapters come out tomorrow

I read the Full Metal Alchemist manga because I've watched the anime adaptations Brotherhood and the 2003 version. I've also read the first two volumes of Old Boy.
Posted by: Knux NY Ive been reading "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni"
I didn't really think the manga could have been more graphic than the anime was, but then I saw the girl who got pecked to death by chickens. Damn. [Edited on 12.11.2012 10:49 PM PST]

Sorry, I am a anime watcher. Though, I am a manga reader.
-
Anime are Japanese cartoons. The word you're looking for is manga. And no, it's too confusing with the direction you read them.

Join the Anime Community group! OT: I'm a Bleach addict. Can't wait for the scans to come out later tonight/early tomorrow.

How do you read anime? OP: Please read some manga with some higher standards.
-
yes, that is ONE of many possible areas where this could be implemented
you know somtimes things are not what it seems, a chapter could be pretty much anything, like a part of a anime series...
That would be called an arc.

Yeah. I just finished reading the 3 new chapters of Cage if Eden I missed [Edited on 12.11.2012 8:58 PM PST]

Hajime no Ippo recently reached 1000 chapters. Pretty incredible. OP, you should check out Initial D and Golgo 13.

Those are the only two I read. Naruto needs to end already- it got old a long time ago and they just keep adding bad guy after bad guy after bad guy. And it went from Ninjas to Superpowers. The manga needs to wrap it up already with a happy ending. And One Piece? Well... we're only like 2/3rd done with that, and I have no qualm about it since it isn't repetitive and it's fast paced.

As for anime: Naruto, Fate Stay/Night, GunXSword, Halo: Legends, and Boondocks.(That was anime?)
Umm, I guess you could consider it American anime, because of the animation style and the fact that it's pretty much the animated version of a comic strip.

You mean Manga. Anime is the show while manga is the comic. Also yes I'm reading about 30 but waiting for a lot of them to update.
-
You... you meant manga right? If so yea, I've read Rurouni Kenshin(only Shounen I've read), Black Lagoon(waiting for it to come off hiatus), Hellsing, Shingetsutan Tsukihime, Mirai(hope I spelled that right) Nikki, Elfen Lied, The Breaker, Highschool of the Dead(am currently waiting for it to come off hiatus), and a couple others. Am currently reading Cage of Eden, The Breaker:New Waves, and Shikibane Hime(am waiting for some to start scanlating it again, it's only in Japanese and not too popular outside Japan).
-
The only anime I read is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. I actually started Part VI, but I haven't gotten too far, I'm having a hard time getting into it and I've loved every other part. As for manga, I just finished watching Evangelion and the movies the other day. My friend wants me to watch Madoka so I guess I'll start that sometime, I also want to watch Nichijou.

Manga. I don't read manga, but I do watch anime from time to time.
