At what point does someeone's fatness start to bother you?

For me, as long as a person is still able to carry out with ease everyday tasks, such as running, jumping, getting on a ladder, moving furniture around etc. One's fatness doesn't really bother me. How about you? At what point does one's fatness begin to bother you?

 • I worry about my own health. Other people's health is their problem. How many people here can say that they just got done with a 2 hour wrestling practice, wrestling a guy that weighed almost 40 pounds more than them? And that they're going to do it again tomorrow? And the next day?

 • when theyre bigger or smaller than me and act like a typical unhealthy -blam!-. sure. im a big guy. im 6'2" about 300 pounds, but im healthy. i work out, cardio, get outside etc. i dont -blam!- waddle or eat 4 big macs at mcdonalds. i prefer a double cheeseburger, medium fry, and a medium Hi-C fruit punch (Hi-C ftw) doctor says im at no risk of any kind of diseases or disorders like heart disease or diabetes. but when people become mouth breathers and waddle and cant run more than 20 feet without panting like a dog in the middle of the desert, it pisses me off. because it makes people like me look bad.

 •
Posted by: DeclinedA1 everyday tasks, such as running, jumping, getting on a ladder
...right. It doesn't bother me any until the person is bed ridden and their family keeps feeding them horrible food. Then my problem isn't with how fat they are, but how badly they are treated by others.

 • It bothers me when they use their fatness to make people do things for them, just because they don't want to. Even though they can if they want to. I have said this a few times when that has happened . . "Animals in the wild walk miles every day to get their own food, but _______ can't/won't walk 10 feet to get to the kitchen =(". I feel bad for people who are naturally fat or fat because of no fault of their own. I don't feel bad for the fat people who take advantage of their fatness to make people do things out of pity or sympathy. I have seen it a lot =( And what's sad is people don't see it when it happens. [Edited on 12.05.2012 3:44 PM PST]

 •
Posted by: MyNameIsCharlie Not so much a level of fatness as a level of attitude. Don't get me wrong, I feel a little ill looking at someone so fat they have a front butt. But there is an attitude that some obese have. Some act like they have a condition that deserves special treatment. I get that there are some that do have some sort of glandular problem. I genuinely feel for them. But there aren't that many of them. So, when an obese person starts railing on how the door should be wider to accommodate their scooter, or that they deserve to have two seats on the airplane for the price of one ticket. That's when Charlie has a problem.

That's when Charlie has a problem.
He's turning into Teh Puma!

 • When they are too lazy to turn their shoulders on crowded walkways or similar "fat people in the way and make no effort" that any "normal person" would. Lazy with your fitness/health = lazy in other areas of your life. Oh and when you see fat parents with young children that are already so obese you know they're going to struggle for the rest of their lives, that is really upsetting. • Uh well this fat girl stood by me today and she smelled like -blam!- so I assumed she couldn't lift her fat flaps to put on doederant or something. So I quickly moved away after that. So I guess that annoys me
