Which is funny on so many levels, but two favorites being; - bungie was allowed to start destiny before contract release (no freedom?) - bungie starts aerospace, conditions a mile long and restrictions on platform game releases (ironic much, who was the over controlling party here?)

We don't know what's the next game bungie will make after all that time for halo 4,bungie can't make any halo games cause of what 343i did to buy the halo universe.

Ironic ... yeah, especially given that bungie originally said that Activision was ineffectual and did not offer the development opportunities that Microsoft presented ... guess with bungie all it takes is an advance on sales with enough $$. Mind you, would have said sad rather than ironic. But given bungie spat in the face of the golden goose, they now have no choice.
