What was in the opening cutscene (while it's nothing to laugh about), didn't move me that much. I know family members die every day and I've made peace with that. Having your flesh, muscles and bones disintegrated, converted into raw data and then put into a mechanical shell for the sole purpose to kill everything you've know and love... well, that's scary. Why? Because it's so atypical and unnatural. It's creepy and unsettling because it isn't supposed to happen. [Edited on 11.18.2012 1:52 PM PST]

What a pathetic attempt at emotion. Killing a character we do not know or care about, with the only "emotion" being cheap shock value at a burned little girl. COD does these "shock" things way too much, it should have stopped at the COD:4 nuke.
