So why have you joined the 7th column?
My reason is I love the Bungie game HAL0 (duh) and after reading the magizine reviews I heard that bungie has a great fan community in which the players can interact with. Unlike some big game companies like Electronic Arts where they sit in some unaccesable tower. I liked that idea to be able to talk to some of bungie's staff and get the updates on HAL0 2. Also looking at some of the older bungie games myth and marathon I wouldn't mind trying them myself.

I joined the 7th Column because I wanted to talk to other Halo fans and maybe join a few chapters, learn some stuff etc.

I was going to compose a mind-numbingly long essay about why I joined, but Hangbrain covered everything I was going to say.

I got involved because a) The Bungie community totally kicks ass, and b) I wanted to meet a group of guys that had the same interests I did, who I could sit back and chat it up with. c) Oh, did I mention that bungie fans have to be the most insanely rabid group reverse-engineering story-driven carnage loving kill-happy slaughter monkeys and general ass-kickers EVER? I think all the replies to this question have been right on target. I joined, so i could get involved with some guys who are interested...... make that crazy about halo and other video games. It is hard (having no brothers and 3 sisters) to find someone i can talk to about halo 2 without having to drive somewhere. Us SciFi guys got to stick together. So all in all i joined because i wanted to make new frends and get in on the benefits of this community.
