What is the 7th Column?
I keep seeing stuff about the number 7 and the 7th column and the tru7h. So where does all this 7 stuff originate and where precisely did the term "7th column" come from? I can't place it, but it sounds historical. Anyone? I'm new to the site and I'm sure it has been posted before, but I can't find it.

Bungie's love with the number 7 goes past Halo. At any rate, the Seventh Column is Bungie's fan community site, where people can band together to form their own groups (called chapters), complete with their own polls, forums, and databases. It's pretty cool stuff. Unfortunately, the Seventh Column's chapter creation tools are closed in waiting for the release of the totally new and improved 7C (also known as "the new hotness"). No ETA for its reopening.

Some people think that the 7 would look cool if it was replacing a t so they put it in Tru7h and then they just put it in the name the 7th column, being the 7th forum, actually the 5th, but.... i dont know
