Ok seriously, is it ending in 20 mins or 1 hr 20 mins. I'm on BST and confused with daylight savings. They said 10:00am PST, so it must be in 1 hr 20 mins... BUT... ...a while back there was an offer for 'free 400 ms points if you're the first 5,000 people to download this demo' and it said 12pm GMT but that night we switched to BST... so I never got it. I just wanna know bungie, so I can play till the end

SUGGESTIONS MAKE HEALTH PACKS LIKE HALO 1 WHERE YOU PICK IT UP BY WALKING NEXT TO IT INSTEAD OF HOLDING B TO PICK IT UP (i play bumper jumper) BRING THE MELEE COMBO INTO THE GAME, LIKE THE ONE FROM HALO 2 E3 VIDEO, YOU GUYS NEVER PUT IT INTO HALO 2 OR ANY OTHER HALO, SO I THINK ITS TIME TO PUT IT INTO HALO.(triple melee part in halo 2 E3 gameplay when Master Chief beats down brute, lol way back when...) I'M NOT SURE IF MY SUGGESTIONS WILL MAKE IT TO THE BUNGIE BIG SHOTS, BUT IF IT DOES PLEASE TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE ARE MORE WHO THINK THESE FEATURES SHOULD GO INTO THE GAME. Damn you time. Well, (at least) I'm glad because I played the Beta and it was really good (only an exception of a copuple of cheaters and Internet troubles). If I can wake up early tomorrow, I will play the Beta until it finishes. =( But I hope Bungie activate the Double EXP WKND right away, so that I can deal with the sadness of the ending Beta. =) Bungie, thanks for this couple of days of gameplaying. They were awesome. ^_^ Se ya Bungie!!!

Well for me the end of the beta officially sucks because in total I played about 21 games in a three day period when it released. During those three days I had many problems including: Halo: Reach server being unavailable, personal internet was down, and finally (this is why I have only played those three days) my 360 BROKE! I am sad that I didn't get to play the beta more, but overall those 21 games were still amazing and I look forward to ordering Halo: Reach and playing it in the fall. Nice job Bungie, you are an inspiration to me. [Edited on 05.19.2010 10:16 PM PDT]

Not to mention that the Beta is not a full game so disconnected it is different than Halo 2; they can just shut it off regardless of whether you stay on or not. I think they're lying. On monday after I got done playing I was on the xbox dashboard and saw the community play date for the 19, but there was another community playdate on sunday the 23rd. I thought nothing of it, but now its not on the dashboard anymore.

Thanks Bungie for extending it a little :) I'm going to try to get in a few more games tonight, and then sit in a corner and cry until the game is released in the fall.

Truly fantastic job on the beta Bungie, just a couple things I (and I'm sure many of the fans) would like to know: 1) Will Theater mode still be live after the beta ends? 2) I'm not entirely sure on what you meant by "if you're still playing"... does thismean we can still go into Halo: Reach and continue playing AFTER the beta officially ends, or does this mean that so long as we're still playing once the deadline occurs, we can still play, only if we sign out, everything's gonna go messed up? Y'know, maybe you should consider leaving the beta open for good, well, not for [i]good[/i] good, but, like until you actually sell the full game to everyone. It would be cool (and helpful) to have a look round for a few more glitches and bugs, so we can REALLY get this stuff good, for example, there's still the glitch of getting out of Overlook slightly, and the spot in Sword Base where you're standing on thin air, along with grenades getting stuck in the ground and not exploding (plasmas are particularly irritating). I personally think it would be benificial for you guys to leave it open so that we can: a) Have loads more Reachy goodness. b) Find more stuff for you guys to look at, we aren't asking for anymore maps, game variants, anything, just alot more time. Make gaming history Bungie, do it for us!
