Bungie is Changing Loot System in House of Wolves
Take a look at this post from Luke Smith, who seems about as close to development as we're going to get. It's so open and straightforward. I don't understand why Deej can't provide information like this.

8 RepliesI honestly don't see an improvement in the drops from vog to ce...you see it all over people getting nothing but shards/ energy and I'm one of those. But I hope this is true and hope to see the game evolve cause nothing sux than to be rewarded for hard work by receiving shards only.
