Is there a way to kick people from the group? Like those people that just sit there the entire time and don't leave the spot where you spawn at just so they can get the rewards/bounty completed?
I just did 2 on my own because one person left and the other sat in the back the entire time.

Run him over with your sparrow if he won't move. He will die and get kicked for inactivity after he cannot respawn.
