My fellow guardians we all most likely have faced the same issue, being on a streak just to be ended from a single burst from a fusion rifle. The fusion rifle is unbalanced compared to other secondaries. although snipers and shotguns can both be overpowered they both are hindered by certain characteristics. Shotguns have high damage low range and low fire rate which will keep them from getting to overpowered. A sniper rifle has high damage low firerate and high range. but because the scope almost always zooms in enough so you can use it like a scout rifle, and the firerate can hold it back from becoming an overpowered scout rifle. Then there are fusion rifles, high damage, range, and firerate which makes them overpowered. it takes 1-2 quick burst from a fusion rifle to end anyone practically regardless of range. Many would agree with me that fusion rifles should be nerfed bungie, but there are also people who would digress and i will respect their opinion
