Necrochasm Obtained With Controversy
Look at YouTube in the past day. There is a 29 Titan that has it but he is only level 1 with Eris and has never done the Crota raid even on normal nor does he have the expansion so no one knows how he did it. The attack is rated a 356 though.

Tester I guess. It should be that attack, as well as Vex should be. They fixed it just a little before Dlc from 300 to 323 to be more powerful then the other exotics, and soon after, they made all the other exotics stronger than it. Lazy programing Bungie.
