How can i make a clan i need to do the acvements

From bungie.net or the companion app, navigate to the left navigational pane and select Groups. From there click "CLICK HERE TO START YOUR OWN GROUP". When you create your Group, you can enable clans. You'll need to recruit at least three members to "activate" it. Use the #Recruitment sub-forum for your recruiting efforts. Good luck!
