Ammo packs
None of my ammo packs work on my Warlock. They work on my other characters. I wasted 6 heavy ammo packs on crota hard raid. Never got them to work. We could not down crota either.
Please fix.

Synthesis won't work if you're dead or your consumable inventory is full. Make sure you have a free slot in your inventory
