Sell Legendary Engrams for Motes
Just as the title says, have a vendor sell legendary engrams for motes of light, probably 17 I'd think, have them rotate daily.

Would increase the number of exotics being dropped. They won't do it. If they made it so bought legendaries wouldn't upgrade to exotic, then they might do it.
