Both CoD and Destiny is released by same publisher (Activision), and both AW and Destiny have quite similar gameplay mechanics in it's pvp. Maps for both are designed with (sort of) vertical movement in mind, for 6v6 and mixture of long ranges and cqc. There's no reason why "quest appearences" of maps aren't possible (e.g. in upcoming DLCs). What are your picks for Crucible maps in AW? Mine picks are: Twilight Gap - I don't like this map in Destiny, but I think that lots of vertical combat and leathal chasms would be interesting in Advanced Warfare. Also this one is on Earth, so it could be the same place, but much, much younger (not rusty etc.). Shores of Time - it's fast, it's tight and it's fun.
