Would you reroll this Silimar's Wrath? Or is it already more than good enough to hold off on?

Silimar's Wrath Red Dot OAS - hip fire - choice between high caliber rounds or perfect balance - and range finder to boot. Just had my first and only one drop, didnt make the cut last time but i have no clue how this will play out in pvp it sounds so promising and is the only auto rifle to make consider actually using one in pve over my hand cannon.... thats the only time its made me actualy consider running an AR PVE wise, but i really would love something new and fun to use in pvp im tired of my aetheons AR. A lot of people seem to be name dropping spray and play, and crowd control like theyre the holy grail, even with no backup from the other perk but i just cant see either one on its own being worth even mentioning when crowd control is a mere 15% dmg boost, for i believe its only 3 secs otherwise its 5 secs... but i highly doubt its 5sec. It really makes no sense to me when i bring it into comparison with my timurs lash with a 1 in 7 chance every full clip to deal 33% extra dmg rather than a chance youll kill someone in say pvp within 3 sec after that initial kill for for an unfathomably inconsistent up time 15% bonus imo If you just had this drop as your first one what would you do with it and why?     • I've kept mine the same since drop and leveled it up to stability. The minute that perk is on it is a beast.

      • Got mine with the first upgrade for stability, middle upgrade for high caliber rounds and the last upgrade for crowd control.

        • Sadly i just read glass half full only scaled to like something insanely low like 6-10% tops bonus dmg and thats at the end of the clip not half way it starts scaling from a 0% bonus up to that higher number on the last bullet(so stupid if you ask me what was bungie thinking?) So basically the last bullet in your glass half full perk is the difference between using soft ballistics and aggressive ballistics damage wise and only the last bullet. Where as crowd control is something like a consistent number of above or at 13% bonus dmg for 3 secs. Combine that with Spray and play and ur supposed to get something like 20-30% extra dmg total(im just rough guessing the # there from the brief explanation i barely remember from a huge fan of their new IB AR) When both buffs are up and considering how fast it burns through its ammo w/o field scout and having a smaller clip than something like the epilogue gives it some potential. I can only see this working in pvp sorta like u see people even now still using the old galahad E and shingen E auto rifles every once and a while. Those things still have potential in the right hands. What sounds like is the thing that would make or break this combo is the fact that im reading on the forums that this bugs and sometimes the buff sticks util you start firing so u basically get the kill and or reload and keep the buff until your next enemy encounter or something like that. Im gonna be looking further into this.

        • I re-rolled mine a bunch of times, thinking oh these are good perks. Then I started using it and its just pathetic. I think high rate of fire weapons, with really miniscule Impacts and poor stability are just bad weapons. No amount of perks can fix that to make them even remotely comparable to other weapons you may already have that are likely better.
