[i][b]A Fourth Race[/b][/i] Looking at the cards under the Races tab you can clearly see (underlined in red in the image above) that there are four races instead of three that we know; Humans, Awoken, Exo, and a fourth unknown race. We know that early on in the production of the game that there were going to be four races but they scrapped the "Tiger Men" idea, so then why does the Grimoire state that there are four races if they removed the fourth race early on in the production of the game? [i]Or the last card could very well be a Ghost Card[/i]. So looks like we still have one more race we can [i]possibly[/i] play as. Any ideas? [i][b]A Fourth Class[/b][/i] From the start of Destiny, at least to my knowledge, they've always used the shield motif we've come to see. It is divided into four parts, each part has a design that represents one of the three classes that we [i]know[/i] of; yet there is one part that is not as elaborate or as decorative as the other three. My problem is if there was only ever going to be three classes in the game, why even divide the shield motif into four parts? Why not have a different motif all together or divide the shield into three, instead of four? If it's to represent the sub-classes as a whole, I personally don't think it would make sense for it in the shield motif, it would make things uneven, lazily done; "Lets just have the last part represent all the sub-classes because we don't know what to do with the fourth image" Bungie is all about numbers and meanings behind those numbers. Maybe it just does represent all the sub-classes, or maybe it represents a fourth, yet to be revealed class. [i][b]Remember people, this is all speculation. Take it with a grain of salt. The grimoire itself is in Alpha testing as well, thus things aren't final and most certainly broken too.[/b][/i] [i][b]...Ending Thoughts...[/b][/i] Lets be realistic here for a second; for all intended purposes Destiny is a MMO like game with plans to have TEN YEARS of content and or iterations of the game. For there not be anymore races to play as and classes to be is a little far fetched, don't you think?
