I thought of this the other night while playing the Iron Banner. I want to attempt to make a small racing game using the program GameMaker Lite that I have on my laptop. Its used for simple 2D or 3D game designing, but the racing game I thought about is going to be challenging...or as challening as I can make it, as I am an aspiring Video Game designer (currently in my fourth year of college for that). Do you guys mind if I use the "Iron Banner" name as both a reference to Destiny and both my idea for my racing game? I want it to be called "Iron Banner Racing" because of the challenges associated with it, such as avoiding large obstacles that come at you quicker than one would expect.
Thanks for reading this!
Sincerely,
An avid Bungie fan

Lets see, he wants to use a Destiny sparrow and the name Iron Banner, but you asshats on here dont think he needs permission? One of you even had the nerve to make fun of him and asked if he just plays video games in college all day, but you mispelled the word "college", which was just....awesome. Since you are all smacktards that have no idea about the legal concepts of intellectual property, why dont you leave this guy alone and go troll someone else. I hope Bungie works with this guy to let him make his game.

They do not own the words "iron" nor "banner". Wtf you doing at collage, playing games all day?
