Last time I checked, IB was supposed to make the numbers matter on your gear. Just came from a few games where a lvl 25-27 are running around with non-upgraded BLUE shotguns, shooting them like they're automatic and from across long distances and getting 1-hits on 30's and 31's. checked the guns, they have no nodes activated, and have extremely low range and firing ranges. What the hell is going on?
