Stalker BNGL?
I've seen a few players carrying this weapon called Stalker BNGL I've asked what and how to acquire this weapon and gotten no response. If some one is reading this and knows please shed some light on this weapon please.

its a random drop it does not seem to be in stock with the vendors maybe you get lucky with a engram that seems to be the only way
