Vanguard Strikes NEED actual playlist settings

Please add some sort of options menu when selecting Vanguard Strikes that will enable players to choose which levels they'd like to be sent to. Simply include a menu with a list of all the strikes, and a checkbox next to them so that people can toggle which ones they want included in the rotation. Add an additional option at the end of the list that says "No repeats," that players can toggle on and off. Obviously if the player only selected one mission that last option would be unavailable. This feature would save a lot of time and frustration for me and I'm sure many others. It would solve the problem of people quitting at the beginning of a strike because they got one they didn't like, or got one they just did. This problem often has the side-effect of causing other players to quit because they don't want to play without a full squad, or play alone. Then they all queue back up a minute later with their fingers crossed it's not the same mission. Alot of unnecessary time ends up being wasted this way. I would think any extra time my suggestion might add to matchmaking would be trivial. Considering the number of players this game has, many people are going to have overlapping playlists. If that issue still scares your Developers then add a disclaimer saying something like, "Altering playlist settings may affect matchmaking waiting time..." Even if I had to let the game sit for a minute or two, I'd be fine because I'd know that me and the people I got matchmade with got a strike we were all willing to do. I know I'm not the first to suggest this feature but I really, really hope it is being considered seriously and can be implemented in near the future.
