Bungie.net Profile Issue

So I created a topic on this some time ago and no one responded. Since Destiny came out this September, I have NOT been able to access anything on my profile. I would really appreciate some help, either from the community or from someone at Bungie. Please save me; this really sucks.

Hi Moto, lets try to troubleshoot your problem. Can you tell me what type of console you are using? Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, or PS4?
