Thinking about moving destiny to the Xbox one this Christmas but I brought the season pass for my 360 can I transfer my season pass to the one?

Yes, the free digital upgrade will work on the pass. Just log in on an Xbox One with the gamertag that purchased it and the price to download it will be free.
