Thorn bounty
Anybody else tried the Thorn bounty recently? I've played it multiple times and the drop ships are not spawning, making it impossible to kill Xyor.... WTF!?

The third ship spawns the xyor guy or whatever if you get brogoth to a low an ought health but don't kill him obviously the dude should spawn

You have to damage phogoth for the ships to come now. You need to get him down to a quarter for xyor to come.

You have to kill the enemies and leave the boss with low healthy..... I have just completed my second thorn contract... totally worth it, great gun!

Just do the cliff edge glitch(google it) with one guy and have the rest run around killing stuff. Phogoths health needs to be quite low to spawn the third dropship(xyor) around about 1/6 or 1/8 if they don't spawn just keep killing enemies and lower phogoths health just don't kill him

No problem. Just if u are hiding in the entrance room you will have to run in to the boss room certain spawn points and summon enough mos. You can't just wait and kill mos in the entrance room. At least that is how it was fot me.

Kill first wave. Kill everything in room with him. Then shot the big guy til first ship comes. Kill stuff. Repeat.

Solo'd the instance in 30ish mins. Just wait in the corridor behind the shriekers room and keep killings knights and wizards (not the ones that spawn and despawn upon shriekers presence) and wait for the 4th ship (iirc) to come, Xyor should be there.

Don't shoot boss, Kill all minions, if they delay in spawning, step out, release boss and next wave should spawn. If after you release boss they still delay in spawning, stay around area where ships spawn and take light shots at boss until the ships spawn. Ice Breaker helps a lot.
